Information you choose to provide
If you send a brokerage inquiry, request a consultation, or subscribe to the Healthcare RE Brief, we may receive your name, email address, company/practice, and information you choose to submit. Do not send patient details, protected health information, lease documents or other confidential material through these website forms.
Lease-risk assessment
Assessment questions are answered locally in your browser. The site does not send or save individual answer selections as part of the assessment. If you separately request follow-up, the form sends your contact information and only the overall screening category.
How the information may be used
Inquiries may be used to respond to your request and coordinate real estate advisory services. Newsletter signup information may be used to send the publication and related updates only with the consent you provide. Signing up for an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Website usage analytics
If Google Analytics is enabled on this site, it may collect page visits, approximate location, device/browser information and event counts for calculator starts, completions and consultation links. Calculator answer selections, scores, lease dates, rent amounts and uploaded documents are not included in our custom usage events. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for analytics. Services involved
This site is hosted using Netlify infrastructure. Form submissions may be processed and retained by Netlify according to its service settings. Scheduling through Calendly involves that provider's platform and privacy practices. Website assets may use Google Fonts. Each third-party provider processes information according to its own practices and applicable terms.
