Todd Gathright didn't start in commercial real estate. He started in healthcare — building, operating, and growing multi-site dental and healthcare practices across DFW.

For years, he was the one sitting across the table from landlords and brokers, negotiating leases, evaluating locations, planning buildouts, and making the real estate decisions that directly shaped how his practices ran day to day. Some of those decisions worked well. Others taught him exactly how much a bad lease or a wrong location can cost — not just financially, but operationally.

That experience changed how he thinks about healthcare real estate. Not as a line item on a spreadsheet, but as something that affects patient flow, staff retention, equipment planning, growth timelines, and the daily reality of running a clinical business.

Today, Todd advises healthcare owners, operators, landlords, and investors on commercial real estate decisions across DFW and North Texas. He works through SVN Trinity Advisory, bringing the platform and resources of a national brokerage with the focus and perspective of someone who has operated from the other side of the transaction.
